Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Wellness Tracker ft Quantum mobile application, operated by ShapeeCloud JSC ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account and to keep your information updated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmEx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Subscriptions

Wellness Tracker ft Quantum offers auto-renewable subscription plans.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the selected plan price
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase
